Confidence can work for us in a couple of different ways. When we have confidence in ourselves, we’re moved to complete the task, provide the service or ship the product without fear, reluctance or reservation.
Confidence serves us in another way though. As our successes mount, our vision expands in such a way that we’re better able to see ourselves spreading our wings and broadening our reach to include ventures that we previously weren’t able to imagine.
When your confidence is brimming, be prepared for what will eventually happen next: Today’s accomplishments won’t be enough to sustain you going forward, so they’ll soon be relegated to the rear-view mirror where they belong, in favor of what you see ahead…and ahead…and ahead.
